We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Displayed prices include applicable taxes (such as VAT) where required.
4. SHIPPING
Estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only; we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.
5. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving the product.
5.1 RETURN PROCEDURE
- Refund (only applicable for warranty or withdrawal cases):
- Bank transfer: approximately within five business days after the returned product is received at our warehouse.
- Payment reversal: within fifteen business days after the returned product is received. This process is managed by your financial institution, and any questions should be directed to them.
- Product exchange: Subject to inventory availability. Exchanges may only be made for products of equal or lesser value than the original. Any difference will be issued as a store credit coupon valid for a new online purchase. If the requested product is unavailable, a coupon for the product’s value will be issued.
- Store credit coupon: The coupon is valid for six months from the date of issue.
5.2 PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Products must be returned in optimal condition — unused, with original tags attached, or if removed, placed inside the package. Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, we will verify its condition. Depending on the results, a replacement product will be sent or a store credit coupon will be issued.
